Starting September 1st, 2013 I will be doing a 30 day ab challenge. I am linking a printable calendar you are welcome to download and print and take part. You can check back in on this tread each day and comment that you completed the challenge if you like or just track for yourself. Feel free to change it up, if you need to do less that’s fine, if you feel like doing more try doing each days goal twice every day. You can even break it up and do some in the morning and more in the evening, just try to get the days crunches done!
