My list of reasons to lose weight. All of the things I want to be able to do. Some of you may relate to a few of these, others may seem silly but to me they are all important. My list is in no particular order, just goals and things I cannot wait to carry out big and small!!
This list grows almost daily. Will add more as they come to mind.
► Sit in a chair and be able to cross my legs
► Shop for clothes I like, instead of clothes that “fit”
► Participate in my first official 5K even if I have to walk it
► Run my first official 5K no walking
► Walk into a restaurant or building and not do a quick scan of the seating
► Walk the 5K scenic walking track at Boomer Lake COMPLETED
► To weigh less than my husband
► To live a healthier lifestyle and be around to see my grandkids
► To inspire my son
► To inspire someone else to get healthy and lose weight
► To lower my risk of diseases such and heart disease and cancer.
► To feel better about myself and have more confidence.
► To feel more attractive and appealing to my husband. (HE did not say I wasn’t. I don’t feel like I am)
► To sit comfortably in a chair that has sides and it not grind into my legs!
